Oostende Haard
De Oostende Haard is recognized as a social housing company by the VMSW under number 3320. We provide social housing in Ostend and Bredene. There we offer a healthy housing mix of 1,500 social rental homes and social rental apartments. We also rent out pitches and garage boxes.
Quality is our priority. We want people to be able to live in a good home. And so get the chance to build something.
We build environmentally conscious and energy-saving homes and apartments, with attention to architecture. An affordable rental price, a conscious energy bill, and low general costs are our goals.
As a social housing company, we are very close to our tenants and prospective tenants. Together with the city of Ostend, the municipality of Bredene, and our partners, we strive for a pleasant living environment.
With determination, we continue to work with our team on sustainable housing and lively neighborhoods.
