Chicas Poderosas is a Spanish organization that encourages the practice of sports and physical activity among girls and makes high-performance athletes visible to promote equality in sports. 

Attendees acquire notions of equality, respect and tolerance through sport; but from a “playful” and different point of view.

The kids get an experience that they will always remember. Meeting professional athletes directly, interacting with them, asking them direct questions and being able to practice sports that they may not normally practice creates a positive lifelong footprint. It turns participants into protagonists of public sports policy.

Chicas Poderosas believes in policies and programs like these for a better society through a direct impact in sports by working from all perspectives.
