We try to contribute to sports innovation in Europe on a daily basis.

If you are familiar with our work you know that all the time we organize, participate in, and promote events that contribute to our agenda – working for a more innovation-friendly sports ecosystem in Europe. And this week is no exception.

Today (13.03 – Monday) in collaboration with Fondazione CRC and PLIN Impresa Sociale (both located in Cuneo, IT), EPSI will organize an event dedicated to exploring and presenting EU funding opportunities in the field of sports innovation. The event will have a hybrid format, physical participants will gather in Cuneo while EPSI staff will connect remotely. The event will particularly focus on providing information to local administrators that wish to access funds to innovate the way in which they manage and create initiatives in the field of sport and active lifestyle in their municipalities. During the event, participants will also have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with EPSI concept notes and brokerage table methodology so as to present their project ideas and receive EPSI support to develop them in an engaging and interactive manner.

On the 14th of March, the executive director of EPSI Alberto Bichi will be a speaker during the Innovating for Inclusion Bootcamp and will lead the Collaboration for Innovation Workshop along with Francesco Anesi (GSIC/Microsoft). The bootcamp aims to accelerate change in organisations acting in the Sport industry, for disabled and non-disabled professionals working side by side, in support of Innovation Partners and their pursuit of a more accessible and inclusive ecosystem.
