The latest project meeting was hosted by our fantastic partners MUNSTER TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY (MTU).

This week we keep having interesting updates on the Senior Eco-Nect project we are working on! Earlier we told you about the amazing webinar we co-organized with ENAT on the 12th of December. And now we are going to raise the curtain on what happened during the latest project meeting. The event was part of the planned project activities. The six partners representing innovation ecosystems and sectoral networks joined forces and strategies toward the strengthening of the European innovation ecosystem in the silver economy: Eurasanté in France, Munster Technological University in Ireland, Slovenian Innovation Hub in Slovenia, Cluster Saude de Galicia in Spain, the European Platform for Sports Innovation, and the European Network for Accessible Tourism. The key take always from the meeting are: 
  • As also recommended by EPSI President Antonello Marega, EPSI will open up a “Programme” brokerage table on the Silver economy supported by EPSI member Lunex. The first meeting is scheduled for December 21st in the afternoon; 
  • EPSI will continue interacting with all the Project partners and follow up on a strategic collaboration with ENAT / European Network for Accessible tourism.

Senior Eco-Nect is a HORIZON EUROPE project which aims to support the emergence and development of European ecosystems dedicated to silver and ageing economy. It will prepare a joint action plan to support the emergence and the development of European ecosystems dedicated to the silver economy as well as ensure the inclusivity and interconnectivity between all the key innovation stakeholders of the sector and cross-sectors.
