5 reasons to join EPSI Annual Conference 2023

In less than two weeks, Ponta Delgada (Azores) is going to welcome the EPSI’s Annual Conference 2023, our organisation’s major event every year. The largest municipality that is also the economic capital of the Portuguese archipelago is going to host the leaders of the European Sports sector between the 5th and 7th of June 2023 to share ideas, projects and activities to improve sports business. 

For several years now EPSI Annual Conference has been a source of inspiration, an exchange of new ideas, and a place where you can meet the top sports innovators in Europe. This year, technology, innovation and new funding opportunities will be the topic to be discussed during the event, organised by EPSI with the collaboration of Sport Azores and titled “The Island of Sports Innovation”.  

Whether you are an organisation, a member of a private or public institution, a representative of a sports Club or Federation, a SMEs or a startup, a research centre or a cluster, you should join the event if you care about sport innovation. Here there are 5 reasons why you should join the event.

   Some project ideas are too good to stay just in your mind. Give them a chance or give your contribution to the other’s project. EPSI supports project design and management as well as their submission to the most suitable EU funding calls.
2. Meet possible project partners Meeting possible project partners can help bring perspectives, skills and expertise to the table, increasing the chances of success of the project. Nowadays we have 19 ongoing granted projects from different EU calls (Erasmus+, Interreg Europe, COSME, LIFE and Horizon). All partners from the EPSI network provide their know-how for the implementation of deliverables while being founded by the EU Commission.
3. Exchange and network with sport industry leaders
   Discover trends and innovations in the sports industry, as well as opportunities for collaboration and partnerships. Be part of our European Community with members from all over the EU and take part in our B2 match sessions.
