Innovation ideas, networking with partners, new information about Erasmus+: in few words, this is the Sport Info Day, held today in Brussels and organized by the European Commission and EACEA.
EPSI attended the event with interest, having the opportunity to listen an inspiring welcome speech by new EU Commissioner in charge of Sport Mariya Gabriel, who mentioned innovation as a crucial tool for promoting sport and health in Europe.
We are definitely glad to have confirmation that innovation is one of the priorities of Erasmus+ this year. «The role of sport has been increasing through years – said EU Commissioner addressing the audience -. It is thanks to you and your projects that we are able to achieve our objective: impact and improve the lives of European citizens».
During the day, EPSI Executive Director Alberto Bichi met with several organizations representatives, affirming once more our efforts in promoting sport and innovation as two pillars working together to reach results and create future projects.
