Yesterday HEMA Transnational Meeting was held in Coimbra, organised by the University of Coimbra. Carlotta Giussani attended the event, as EPSI is partner of this Erasmus+ Project.
HEMA is a three-year-programme intended to tackle the high level of physical inactivity in Europe, identifying workplace as a key area to leverage these following figures. The innovation methodology of HEMA is to associate physical activity to mobility schemes within the company.
In the framework of the project, EPSI is responsible to organise a connected Digital Challenge in the field of the European Week of Sport 2020. This European inter-company challenge aims to motivate and engage companies and employees to raise their level of physical activity and mobility whilst also raising awareness on the drawbacks of low physical activity and mobility in Europe.
